This podcast is for age group triathletes that want to be part of a conversation on being the best triathlete they can be with their time, talent, resources, and level of effort. Being age group triathletes, coaches, parents, and full-time working professionals, your hosts, Jillian Carlson, Jay Cougnet and Matt Sommer will be your guide on this adventure. Oh my goodness!! The longest leg of triathlon has so much to unpack, doesn't it! Matt, Jay, and Jillian have only begun to scratch the surface of riding bikes! We are calling this part one because we will no doubt need to dedicate another episode in the future to bikes. Hopefully though, this episode will hit some topics that many of you will appreciate!
